Perfect job.
Schomberg, King City & Nobleton
We renovate bathrooms, kitchens and basements and paint homes across King Township, including Schomberg, King City, Nobleton and the countryside in between.
King Township is mostly rural, with three main communities. Schomberg has a historic Main Street and older village homes, King City has a mix of established and newer neighbourhoods, and Nobleton combines village homes with newer estate lots. Across the township, many properties are large country homes on generous lots.
Rural homes often run on wells and private septic systems, and older farmhouses and village homes can have uneven floors, plaster walls and older wiring. Those details change how a bathroom, kitchen or basement should be planned, so we look closely at the free on-site estimate.
Building permit applications in King Township are made through the Township's online portal, and the Township's building division explains when a permit is needed. Schomberg and King City are covered by their own urban-area zoning by-law, which sets the rules for second dwelling units.
If you're adding plumbing on a property with a private septic system, the system may need to be reviewed as part of the work. We check this early and handle permits when they're needed.

Yes. We take on bathrooms, kitchens, basements and painting in older village homes, and plan around things like plaster walls and older services. Plumbing and electrical work is completed through our licensed partner contractors.
Not harder, but it needs planning. Adding a bathroom or kitchen fixtures can affect a septic system and may need a review as part of the permit. We check this at the free on-site estimate.
