Aurora
A common Aurora request: replace the builder-grade ensuite from the 1990s or 2000s with something that feels like the rest of the house. We handle the whole job, from layout to the last bead of caulk.
Homes in Bayview Wellington, Aurora Grove and the Hills of St. Andrew often have large ensuites with a corner tub nobody uses. Replacing it with a walk-in shower is a popular change. We check the subfloor, drain location and fan venting before committing to a design.
Aurora won the Prince of Wales Prize for Municipal Heritage Leadership in 2008, and homes near Yonge and Wellington show why. Bathrooms in those houses are usually smaller, so we plan storage and fixture sizes carefully and protect original trim where we can.
Even when a renovation doesn't need a building permit, the Town of Aurora notes that some plumbing work can need a plumbing permit. Our licensed partner plumber does that work, and we arrange the permit when it applies.

Some plumbing work can need one even when a building permit isn't required. We check and arrange it.
