Richmond Hill
From Oak Ridges to Langstaff, we paint Richmond Hill houses, townhouses and condos: walls, ceilings, trim, doors, kitchen cabinets and exteriors, with the prep done properly first.
Richmond Hill's housing is varied. Older houses around the Mill Pond and the original village core need patient prep on plaster and old trim. Large detached homes in Bayview Hill, Westbrook and Jefferson often have double-height foyers, curved staircases and extensive millwork. Newer townhouses and condos along the Yonge Street and Highway 7 corridor bring their own rules: elevator bookings, set working hours and low-odour products.
Many families here share a home across generations, so we often paint while the house stays busy. We plan the room order with you so bedrooms, a home office or a parent's suite are out of use for as short a time as possible, and we use low-odour, low-VOC paints when you ask for them.
Before we paint inside a condo, we check the corporation's rules: elevator booking, loading and parking, permitted hours and any certificate of insurance the management office asks for. Exterior doors, railings and other common elements usually belong to the condo corporation, so we only paint them with the board's written approval.
The City of Richmond Hill lists painting and decorating among the jobs that don't need a building permit. Painting is often part of a bigger project, such as a finished basement, which does need one, and we handle permits when they're needed. Our team brings 15 years of renovation experience in Ontario.

Yes. We follow the building's rules on elevator bookings, working hours and insurance paperwork, protect hallways and floors, and use low-odour products on request.
Yes. We plan the room order with you, keep work areas protected and tidy at the end of each day, and give you a written schedule so you know which rooms are out of use and when.
No building permit is needed for painting and decorating, according to the City of Richmond Hill. Structural work or finishing a basement does need a permit, and we take care of that when it's part of the job.
