Newmarket basements we see most

A large share of Newmarket's houses came out of the suburban building boom that started in the 1950s and the later growth that followed Highway 404 east toward Bogarttown. Neighbourhoods like Glenway, Stonehaven and Summerhill Estates were mostly built between the 1980s and the 2000s, and many of those basements were left with bare concrete, a builder-grade rough-in and one small window. Closer to the Main Street Heritage Conservation District, older houses often have lower ceilings and foundations that need a careful look before anything is framed over them.

Then we choose insulation and framing to suit the foundation, run new circuits and any bathroom rough-in through our licensed partner contractors, and finish with drywall, flooring, trim and paint.
